Problems viewing web pages
There are several reasons why this happens. It could be due to a slower than usual Internet connection or increased traffic accessing our servers.
If a page consistently refuses to load in your browser, try refreshing or reloading the page. Hold down Ctrl and Shift key at the same time and click on the refresh icon (or press F5 on your keyboard ) should make the reloading process more effective.
Clearing your most recently visited web pages (which are automatically stored by the browser) will also help. This can be done using the following menu options:
- Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > General > Clear History
- Netscape Navigator: Edit > Preferences > Clear History
