| Description | The purpose of this research was to collate and disseminate messages from emerging practice in the delivery of Transition Information Sessions (TIS). A lessons learned event brought together participants from the TIS demonstration project including LA and school staff, the third sector and parents. Small group and plenary discussions were used to capture what worked well and where more could be done and the key lessons are presented in the report under key themes. The report also includes a number of 10 case studies from the project. | |
