| Description | This report sets out a feasible and effective methodology for a survey to measure a Disabled Childrens Services Indicator and an approach to its calculation and reporting. The project involved focus groups comprising government policy leads, disability lobby groups and parents of disabled children. In addition, telephone interviews were held with staff in local authorities and primary care trusts and desk research was carried out looking at appropriate survey designs and sample frames. | |
